Where is my Tracking Number?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive your Tracking Number by e-mail. If you haven’t received after 48 hours of your purchase, please contact us so we can fix it.

 How can I track the delivery of my order?

You can track your order accessing Australia Post website on https://auspost.com.au/ and insert your Tracking Number.

My order has arrived damage our faulty.

Please inspect your order upon reception if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, and contact us immediately by emailing your order number and photos of the product to support@thechewing.com.au. So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, sending a new product or providing a refund.

If you choose a refund, it will be returned to your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I change my order or delivery after finalising my order?

As we want you to receive your order as soon as possible, we usually can’t change your order after the purchase. However, you can contact support@thechewing.com.au to check with us sending your personal information and order number. 

What is your Change of Mind return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to change your mind and request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging and no damage. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@thechewing.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions about how and where to send your package. 

Please note in this case, the customer is responsible for the cost of an item's return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you can choose between an exchange or store credit.

How long does it take for items to arrive?

The order takes a maximum of 48 hours to be dispatched and 1-4 business day on Express Delivery, or 2-8 days on Standard Delivery to arrive at the destination.

We always do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible, however, due to COVID-19 some delays can be expected.
